In addition to the Annual General Meeting held in Red Deer each May, in conjunction with the annual golf tournament, a semi-annual meeting is held once a year (also in Red Deer). Three local chapter meetings are held in Calgary and Edmonton each year. A barbecue is held in each chapter once a year, as well as one additional chapter event (i.e. ski trip, etc).
